Followers are rented. The room is yours.

Put a tag on the merch, the record and the flyer, and everyone who taps lands on a page you own rather than a feed you rent.

Reach Is Not a Relationship

A drop can reach half a million people and still leave you not knowing who bought the shirt, who came to the show or who would come again. The platform knows, and sells it back to you as ads.

The feed tells you who scrolled. Nothing counts the people who turned up.

What you cannot answer today

  • Who bought the shirt
  • Who came to the show
  • Who would come again

What You Can Prove with TapTech

Presence, recorded at the moment it happens, with consent from the people who chose to take part.

Who your real fans are
The people who carried an object through a show, and how often they come back.
Where they are
A consented audience by city and country, built from the room rather than rented from a feed.
What a release did
Plays, watches and actions on your own page, measured end to end, not a click away to a platform.
Who you can reach next
Consent at the first tap, so the next drop opens to people who asked to hear about it.

What you could run

Launch a release

A record, a drop or a tour, with the fans who turn up kept. A tap walks people through 5 screens, each built from Portal Design Studio modules you can change.

The Work, in Numbers

Three Formats That Travel with the Work

Every format opens the same Portal and reports into the same Core.

What People Ask First

Do people actually tap?

Only if you tell them what happens when they do. On a retail floor with staff and signage, seventy three per cent of taps became a registration. On a garment tag with nobody standing next to it, forty one per cent of taps became an entry. Where comprehension was left to chance, most sessions ended inside a minute. The mechanic is not the variable; the on ramp is.

Does someone need an app?

No, and this is the one thing we will not compromise on. A phone against a tag opens a page. No download, no store, no account before anything happens. If a proposal you are reading requires an app install, it is a different product with a different failure rate.

Who owns the data?

You do, and we are the processor, which also means we cannot hand it to you in a form we do not hold. The brand is the controller of the records collected in its own activation. We process them under contract. In practice that means exports, deletion on request, and no arrangement where your audience quietly becomes ours.
