Genesys
Genesys: 1,320 tickets through one door, with no booking fee taken.

The brief
TSKO puts MMA bouts and rave in the same room, and the people who turn up behave like a community rather than a customer list. The infrastructure underneath told Genesys almost nothing. Ticketing charged a fee on every ticket that Genesys absorbed, the fan record belonged to the platform, and there was no way to recognise someone who had been to the last three. A fight night cannot afford door delays, and the audience will not download an app.
Four events, one layer each
TSKO3: the garment is the ticket
The Skin² collection, with 100 tags sewn in at the factory, registered before shipping. Each carried three entries, shown to the owner as progress and checked by tap at the door.
TSKO4: the venue is interactive
Up to 50 tags on walls, pillars and bar fronts across Archives London. Tap to vote on fighters and sets, with nothing handed out.
TSKO5: ticketing, rebuilt
Our own ticketing: phased pricing, a limit bound to a person rather than an order, and payments settled to the promoter at cost.
The pop ups
Village Underground in London, and Los Angeles: the collection and the community in person, between the fight nights.
TSKO6: Outernet, one door
Eight fights and a robot dog fight at Outernet London. 1,320 tickets, including every buyer from the promoter’s other channels, reissued onto one door system that works offline: a rotating signed code checked without a network, and one scan per ticket guaranteed at the database.
What we learned
We could have built all of it for one event. Staging it is why it worked. The assumption was that an interactive venue needs wearables, so we tested the opposite: fifty tags stuck to walls, nothing distributed. It worked in a dark, dense, loud room with no extra load on staff, and that finding made everything after it cheap to deploy.
The result
TSKO6: 1,320 tickets, every one checked in on our door, 752 of them sold on our Portal. £0 platform booking fee: gross collected and remitted in full, card processing at cost. 2.58% all in payment cost, against 8 to 10% before. One door system, every third party buyer reissued.
What happened next
Across a full year of Genesys events, removing the per ticket fee returns roughly £4,560 to the promoter, with no service charge passed to fans.
